Trapped in Wonderland Baby Onesie

I created this digital art in several stages...first a photo of a Peony from my garden which I distorted, then I created an acrylic pour painting which I photographed and layered over the distorted peony image, I added some splatters and dots and worked until it let me know it was complete. Abstract art is so versatile, it can enhance nearly any room and will bring you joy and wonder every time you glance at it. Hope you like "Trapped in Wonderland".

Both my parents were professional photographers, so it goes without saying, that I've had a camera in my hands most of my life. When I learned how to use Photoshop and how to use textures and various artist's applications, I entered a whole new universe of expression and fulfillment through photography. I have a great deal of respect for traditional, representational photography but personally, I never really felt fulfilled when I attempted to make a photograph look exactly like the scene I was attempting to capture, I guess my artistic brain is perpetually out of focus!
